The Kensington Simplex kettle is perfect for use on both gas and electric stoves, please note that these are not suitable for use on induction hobs without an induction hob adaptor.

I purchased my first Simplex over 20 years ago. It is used numerous times a day (we love our drip coffee and tea). It remained lovely to look but eventually developed a small leak along the seam. A few times the pot was left on the fire and the water boiled away, resulting in the whistle not working anymore, but that was our fault completely, not the products! Our new one is as beautiful to look at as the first and I am looking forward to another 20 years of use. Thank you for such a well made product!

Adore my new Newey & Blomer kettle, such beautiful styling and an iconic piece. I love the sound of the whistle when it boils, reminicent of times gone by! But best of all it's Made in Britain!
